The art of leadership
Kameleon x Quinton House
Deepen your leadership through our multi-day programmes on leadership, science and art.

An investment in perspective
At Quinton House, we believe real growth needs room and depth. That's why we offer multi-day programmes for experienced leaders, thinkers and entrepreneurs who want to look further. In an inspiring location in the heart of Utrecht, we bring science, art and leadership together in an experience that lasts. Take a look at our current offering and discover what suits you.
What does leadership ask of us in a time of growing complexity, change and uncertainty? How do you provide direction when old certainties disappear and people, generations and interests seem to grow further apart? The Art of Leadership is an in-depth programme for experienced leaders who want to make room for reflection, perspective and recalibration, so they can give clearer direction, make sharper choices and bring others along. Not a traditional leadership training, but time in your diary for inspiring days in which psychology, science and art offer new perspectives and support your authenticity as a leader.

Art as a mirror for leadership
Art helps us see differently: at ourselves, at others, and at the systems we work within. We use art as a tool to broaden perspective and further develop leadership style. We draw inspiration from the impact of contemporary artists and artworks that reveal different styles of leadership and human values in new ways.

Working with psychological values systems
The programme's content is built on Graves' psychological values systems. This theory offers insight into human motivations, leadership styles, collaboration, culture and strategy in a way that is timeless and provides guidance even in rapidly changing times. We use these psychological values systems for awareness and development of personal leadership, team dynamics and strategic choices.

Why Quinton House
A leadership programme calls for a place where you can step out of the daily rush for a while, and that's what you'll find at Quinton House.
Space: six rooms each with their own character, from intimate to spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of daylight. Always a space that fits where you are in the programme.
Quiet: no glass walls, no other guests in sight. During your session, the space is entirely yours, so there's real room for reflection.
Lunch: a fresh, vegetarian lunch buffet from local suppliers, seasonal and included as standard. So there's nothing to think about but the programme.
Garden: our 350 m² inner garden is the place to unwind between sessions, stretch your legs, or continue the conversation informally. In good weather, lunch can also be enjoyed here.
Spaces to talk: alongside the rooms, there are quiet corners throughout the building for smaller conversations, such as the Living, the Kitchen or the roof terrace.
