Quinton House is building its own program around leadership, art, and science, with lunch sessions, speakers, and initiatives for those who want to look beyond the boardroom table.

At Quinton House, we want to do more than just offer space. Naturally, our spaces are filled daily with meetings, strategic sessions, training courses, and gatherings. But we are more than a beautiful location where others tell their story.
We are working on a program centered on three themes: leadership, art, and science. Thinkers, makers, scientists, entrepreneurs, and leaders come together to exchange ideas, inspire each other, and look at things differently.
The Art of Leadership
Together with Kameleon Strategie, we are launching a three-day initiative for C-level leaders: The Art of Leadership. As organizations face increasingly complex challenges, leadership requires more than knowledge and experience alone. It calls for reflection and new perspectives. At Quinton House, leaders come together to reflect on their role, choices, and impact.
Inspiring lunch sessions
Additionally, starting in late September/early October, we will be launching a series of Friday lunch sessions. From 12:00 to 13:00, we will combine lunch with an inspiring speaker. Escape the daily hustle and bustle for a moment, gain new ideas, and then continue full of energy. One of the first speakers is Aniek Ivens. She will take you into the fascinating world of cooperation in nature. What can we learn from ant colonies, swarms, and other natural systems? How do groups make complex decisions without a central leader? And what does that say about leadership, collaboration, and organizations today?
It is precisely the stories that make you look at the issues you deal with on a daily basis from a different perspective.
A place where ideas are born
Step by step, we continue to build Quinton House as a place for depth, connection, and new perspectives. We do this through art, new encounters, and inspiring sessions.
Be sure to keep an eye on our calendar. Because sometimes the best ideas arise precisely at the moments when you are not actively looking for them.
