What does leadership require in a time of increasing complexity, change, and uncertainty? How do you provide direction when old certainties are fading and people, generations, and interests seem to be drifting further apart?

The Art of Leadership is an in-depth programme for experienced leaders who want to create space for reflection, perspective, and recalibration; to lead with greater clarity, make sharper decisions, and bring others along in that process.

Not a traditional leadership training, but dedicated time in your agenda for inspiring days where psychology, science, and art offer new perspectives and support your authenticity as a leader.

The programme Series 2 consists of three sessions: Friday 13 November, Friday 11 December, and Friday 15 January 2027. Doors open from 09:00, programme runs from 10:00 to 16:00 with a closing drinks reception. Location: Quinton House Utrecht. Attendance at all three days is included in one ticket. The group is kept small — maximum 10 participants.

• This theory offers insight into human motivations, leadership styles, collaboration, culture, and strategy — in a way that is timeless and provides a foothold even in rapidly changing times.

• Personal leadership: Leadership starts with awareness and motivation. Central themes include leading under pressure, authenticity, and your personal compass.

• Team leadership: We explore how different value systems influence collaboration. Focus on psychological safety, diversity, and creating momentum within teams.

• Strategic leadership: How do you create clear, sharp direction and real impact? We connect strategic choices and impact to leadership styles and culture for navigating complexity effectively.
